兰州水墨丹霞旅游景区位于黄河之畔，地域壮阔，起伏多变，地质奇观密集。这里以红山湾地貌为主，兼有丹霞崖壁、孤峰、幽谷、一线天、风动石等奇特景观，是地质历史的天然记录本。

Located on the bank of the Yellow River, Lanzhou Shuimo Danxia Scenic Spot is a spectacular area featuring undulating terrain and an extensive range of geological wonders. The area is dominated by Danxia landforms (colorful hills), combined with peculiar natural landscapes such as the Danxia cliffs, peaks, valleys, Yixiantian (“thin strip of sky”) and Fengdongshi (“Wind-Moved Rocks”), creating a natural record of geological history.
